Are there days when the world just doesn’t co-operate with your plans? Are there times when you just want to crawl in you bed and hide?
Then you need a “Box of Happiness”.
1. So what kind of box do you need? This can be anything you want, a large shoe box, a pretty basket, a popcorn tin, or a cookie tin.
2. Take out those craft supplies and decorate it in a way that makes you happy. Cover it with pictures, or paint it, whatever makes you smile.
3. Now it’s time to fill it. So what do you put in it? Simple things that make you happy. This might be your favorite chick flick, your favorite CD, your favorite book, a journal, so positive thoughts, that favorite birthday card or letter, a joke book, bubble bath, candles, herbal tea, some perfume, lotion, and of course your favorite candy.
4. No where to put it. You can hide it in a secret place, like in a dresser drawer, of on a shelf in you closet. Just don’t bury it. Keep it close for when you need it for “just-one-of-those-days”!!!
This is not a guilt box. This a positive box. This is your private box of happines.
Just remember when you use something out of it, to put those things on your list to replace.
